We spent the day at San Francisco's Exploratorium: the museum of science, art and human perception. It was so much fun!









I love this series of photos. We were watching an up close cow eye dissection. You can see how utterly disgusted Isabel was at first.

All the fat and muscle were cut away so we could see the eyeball.

She was still put off, but interested in the explanations about the workings of the eye.

She couldn't help but be fascinated by all different layers. Here she is looking through the lens and seeing the instructor upside down and backward. Isabel learned how the mind works with the eye to make an image.age of the world

In the end, she thought it was pretty cool.

Gabriel just wanted to play! So, we did and had a great day.
